Investor

Federal

1. Personal assets of C$800,000, legally obtained
2. Investment of C$400,000 into Canada Federal government Fund
3. Two years of business management experience
4. Obtain minimum of 35 points

Quebec

1. Net worth of C$800,000 through economic activities
2. Undertake to invest C$400,000 for five years into a financial intermediary listed by Quebec government
3. Three years management experience
4. Obtain minimum of 40 points

Entrepreneur

1. Personal assets of C$300,000
2. Legally obtained two years of business management experience
3. Obtain minimum of 35 points
4. Meet condition of entrepreneur program after landing in Canada

Skilled Worker

1. Minimum 1 year working experience in Skill Level "O","A" or "B" in NOC
2. Proficiency in English or French Language
3. Score at least the passing mark under Selection Factors (Passing Mark as at November 2006 is 67)
4. Enough money to support upon arrival in Canada

Foreign Worker

1. Has a job offer from Canada employer
2. Obtain positive opinion from HRSDC
