Erica graduated from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law in 2005. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Prior to joining Sun & Partners in 2007, Erica articled and practiced at a litigation firm specializing in personal injury law where she acquired excellent advocacy skills. She appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on various matters and has gained extensive courtroom experience. As an associate of the firm, Erica’s practice includes commercial and civil litigation, family law and corporate/commercial law.
Outside her practice, Erica is an avid team’s player. She has been receiving tennis training since she was 6 years old and competed in a number of tournaments. Erica also enjoys playing team sports, particularly indoor and beach volleyball. Being a person who is always interested in trying new things, Erica is currently learning to play golf and is in the process of perfecting her swing.
Erica takes a pragmatic and results-driven approach to resolving clients’ problems and provides quality and efficient services in the midst of lengthy litigation processes.
